• Follow up daily on inquiries, leads, and no-shows

• Welcome every client with energy and professionalism
• Deliver a smooth check-in process and positive first class experience
• Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback quickly and respectfully
• Build relationships that support retention and referrals

• Keep the front desk clean, organized, and ready for peak traffic
• Support opening/closing duties and daily studio checklists
• Manage phone, email, and internal communications promptly
• Support the Studio Manager with administrative tasks as needed

• 2–3+ years of sales experience (fitness, hospitality, retail, or service environments preferred)
• Confident communication skills (in-person and phone)
• Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends as required

• Outgoing, personable, and confident in conversations
