As a Senior System Integrator, you will be responsible for delivering robust, secure, and scalable integrations that support Telecon’s strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring integrations align with Telecon’s IT strategy and architecture vision.Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test, and maintain integrations across Telecon’s applications and platforms.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into integration specifications.
  • Work with APIs, middleware, and data synchronization solutions to ensure reliable system connectivity.
  • Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, proactively improving system performance.
  • Support visibility on critical business metrics, including operational expenses (e.g., Fleet Department), by enabling accurate and reliable data exchange.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, application specialists) to deliver integration projects on time and within scope.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in system integration, software development, or IT architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Factory, API Management).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
