- Manage the proposal efforts for CRM clients throughout NA. including Federal clients
- Lead proposal strategy discussions and kick-off meetings for large pursuits and ensuring strategic win themes are effectively incorporated throughout the proposal.
- Drives development and manages proposal team (technical leader, marketing coordinator, graphics, etc.).
- Collaborates with team in the development of various proposal sections including Management, Personnel, Executive Summaries, and/or other Volumes asassigned.
- Facilitates Pink, Red, Gold team, and other reviews.
- Facilitate production and delivery offinished product, while complying with all RFP requirements
- Lead interview strategy discussions.
- Manage the interview development and production process from start to finish.
- Document Preparation: Edit document in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
- Needs Assessment: Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers, and key stakeholders, as well as related issues.
- Bid Solicitation/Request for Proposal/Tender Analysis: Conduct complex feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on bid solicitation, including request for proposal (RFP) and request for tender (RFT) project requirements, and write specifications for tenders.
- Operational Compliance: Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. Or identify, within the team, patterns of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Five to Seven years of experience leading the proposal process from prepositioning phases through interview and driving teams to develop complaint and competitive bids for an engineering, construction, or professional services organization
- Proficient in marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy-to-win)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop
- Ability to manage and work effortlessly with Technical Leaders in any market and service line
- Proven leadership and strategy development skills
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Good negotiation, problem solving, planning and time management skills
