Story Behind the Need:
  • Business group: The CRM GWRT Technology team is looking for a Support Analyst/BA to join the ongoing Capital Markets Salesforce Integration.
  • Project: We are the GBM Salesforce team responsible for providing best practices and leadership over development activities for the CRM platform. The team supports many different business lines and countries globally with an ever-expanding footprint.
  • Reason for request: Project in need of active support for new initiatives

Typical Day in Role / Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with end users, and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments as needed
  • Partner with Architecture on understanding the design and integration
  • Create impact analysis document, User stories, Design workflows for implementation
  • Deliver and enhance new and current solutions and applications
  • Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications, writing production quality code, and implementation
  • Understand existing database schema, identify gaps and recommend solutions
  • Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non functional testing, regression testing as well as performance testing
  • Support the solution in production (as needed)
  • Improve the end user experience by finding scalable solutions and addressing complex ad hoc queries.
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Coach and train end users (as needed).
  • Participate and run SCRUM Meetings (as needed).
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
  • 8+ years’ experience as a BA/BSA, with 3+ years’ experience as a lead BA/BSA
  • 2+ years’ recent experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Recent experience writing intermediate SQL queries
Nice-To-Have Skills:
  • Financial services experience is a plus around AML, KYC, and/or Compliance
  • Capital Markets experience is a plus
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to work across different business lines and with different users
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
  • A ‘go getter’ personalities who can solve problems and think outside the box
Best vs average:
  • The ideal candidate will have very strong Salesforce experience. They would be a strong lead, who has significant experience with integration and enterprise level solutioning.
Degrees or certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
  • Salesforce Certifications – Salesforce Admin is a plus
Structure and Format:
  • 1st round: Video interview, panel discussion (technical and behavioral), 45-60mins
  • 2nd round: Interview with Director (as needed), 30 mins
