Senior Business Analyst – SQL

• Business group: The CRM GWRT Technology team is looking for a Support Analyst/BA to join the ongoing Capital Markets Salesforce Integration.
• Project: We are the GBM Salesforce team responsible for providing best practices and leadership over development activities for the CRM platform. The team supports many different business lines and countries globally with an ever-expanding footprint.
• Reason for request: Project in need of active support for new initiatives

• The successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into a BA capacity role throughout the contract duration. Great opportunity for building experience and skillsets.
• Collaborative team environment that will be impacting multiple organizational lines within the Bank.
• Using various techniques and methodologies, the successful candidate will be exposed to new technology in an enterprise environment

• Work closely with end users, and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments as needed
• Partner with Architecture on understanding the design and integration
• Create impact analysis document, User stories, Design workflows for implementation
• Deliver and enhance new and current solutions and applications
• Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications, writing production quality code, and implementation
• Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non functional testing.
• Support the solution in production (as needed)
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Coach and train end users (as needed).
• Participate in SCRUM Meetings (as needed).

• Financial services experience is a plus around AML, KYC, and/or Compliance
• Capital Markets experience is a plus

• The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce platform experience, as well as more integration and enterprise level solution projects.

• Excellent communication skills to work across different business lines and with different users
• Strong ability to work under pressure
• A ‘go getter’ personalities who can solve problems and think outside the box

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• Salesforce Certifications are an asset
