- Lead ADM projects within the BIS SWIFT/Finance Team, collaborating with cross-functional teams including the Deloitte Global Process Office, Global Financial Services, Finance Business Partners (FBPs), CBS, and ITS.
- Serve as the firm’s ADM subject matter expert, driving strategic initiatives, providing end-to-end process guidance, facilitating training, and developing comprehensive process documentation.
- Design, implement, and manage ADM processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze and collaborate with business teams to optimize ADM processes and period-end close procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify evolving needs, and develop effective solutions.
- Advise leadership on ADM best practices, offering recommendations to improve process efficiency, accuracy, and cross-regional consistency.
- Oversee technical maintenance of ADM, including HCM mapping tables, time replication, GEM creation and testing, and full-cycle accrual management.
- Partner with leaders and FBPs to align ADM strategies with organizational goals.
- Liaise with FBPs on ADM cost center financials, rates, margin analysis, and related inquiries.
- Coordinate system testing and defect resolution with both local stakeholders and global support teams.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to leadership as necessary.
- Provide regular project status updates and deliver presentations to leadership teams.
- Act as an escalation point and troubleshoot ADM and SAP-related operational issues.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP and financial accounting operations
- Experience managing engagement financials for projects utilizing alternative delivery resources
- Proven success leading finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience managing international projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience supporting leadership and influencing key stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments
- Solid understanding of business and finance principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of ADM operations, systems, and governance
- Combined background in finance and technology
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
- Advanced SAP expertise
- Bilingual in English and French
