TRAFFIX Marketing is seeking a strategic and detail-driven Marketing Intelligence & Insights Manager to lead our marketing analytics and Voice of Customer (VoC) research initiatives. This cross-functional role will champion the use of data to improve marketing efficiency, customer engagement, and content performance. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with a consultative mindset and thrives on driving actionable insights from marketing and customer data.Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Digital Analytics
- Analyze and report on performance across digital channels: website traffic, SEO, PPC, social media, content, and campaign performance.
- Evaluate inbound web leads and SDR program results for lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs for all marketing initiatives.
- Voice of Customer (VoC)Own and manage NPS surveys and other customer feedback mechanisms.
- Synthesize customer feedback to uncover actionable insights for improving product and marketing experiences.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure feedback is looped into strategic decisions.
- Dashboarding & Data Modeling
- Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and data models to visualize marketing and customer performance.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data through data validation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Data Enrichment and Lead Generation
- Leverage third-party data enrichment providers to develop high-quality, enriched leads that enhance segmentation, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
- This includes evaluating vendor capabilities, managing provider relationships, and ensuring the seamless integration of enriched data into CRM and marketing automation platforms to support revenue-generating initiatives.
- Strategic Consultation
- Serve as the go-to data expert, providing insights and recommendations to optimize digital campaigns, content strategy, and marketing spend.
- Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop insight-driven roadmaps.
- Present findings in a clear and compelling way to marketing and executive teams.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or customer insights.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL; bonus for experience with GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, data enrichment platforms (e.g. ZoomInfo, 6-Sense, Clay, DataMyne) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and campaign attribution.
- Experience managing NPS or VoC programs and using survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data findings and insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling dashboards to support marketing teams.
- Experience working in B2B or demand generation environments.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
