- Work with the broader T&O Initiative Delivery community to ensure project risk and governance is followed by the initiative leads.
- Work closely with key PMO partners on setting priorities, developing road maps and ensuring regular status checkpoints are in place.
- Enhance and continuously improve our ability to execute initiatives by coaching the team on best practices and by providing opportunities for feedback and improvement.
- Recommend new ways of working that simplify and/or automate best practices for Initiative Managers.
- Work with your team, key stakeholders, app dev teams and vendors to successfully implement initiatives.
- Ensure project status reports are up to date and accurate including financials, issues, risks and key decisions etc.
- Proven leadership skills and direct people management experience (5+ years)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with key stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in Initiative Management (PM or Scrum) and Change Management (10+ years)
- Enterprise organizational awareness
- Project Management/Scrum Master certificate/training
- Business Systems Analyst certificate/training
- Experience in HR, BMCC, Procurement and CRE
