Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.JOB SUMMARY:Required: Strong language skills in English & French reading, writing, and verbal communication.Polaris Technical Service Representatives (TSRs) are responsible for delivering an industry-leading service experience to Polaris dealers and customers. In this role, you will work on technical problem resolution and product technical training. The main goal of a TSR is to s manage escalations, consider all viewpoints, and find effective remedies.You will be representing the voice of the dealer and field technicians to internal departments. The ability to read, write and speak both French and English is required to be successful in this role.Assist and Engage Dealers:TSRs provide vehicle troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair support via phone and live video support.Monitor and manage an assigned group of dealers to identify and drive resolutions on complex, escalated or stagnant contacts.Proactively engage dealers through phone or live video conferencing to expedite vehicle diagnostics and repair and reduce overall vehicle down time.Loyalty Management:Mitigate dealer and owner disloyalty by ensuring top-notch service quality.Make financial and business decisions that enhance brand loyalty and deliver world class customer service for Polaris based on dealer information, related experience, and critical judgement.Warranty Support:Provide case support for vehicle diagnostics and warranty authorizations, including but not limited to determining root cause, warranty eligibility, component coverage and labor accuracy.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE· Bachelor's degree in business management, Industrial Science, or related field, or Substantial equivalent technical experience in related work or field· Strong mechanical aptitude in powersports and/or automotive· Strong ability to methodically evaluate complex problems and provide recommendations for resolution.· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and typing· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate thoughts, ideas, and technical terminology.Preferred:· Three to five years of dealer or customer service experience· Powersports Industry Knowledge· Polaris product knowledge· An understanding, appreciation, and passion for Polaris productsWORKING CONDITIONS· Standard office and shop environment – fast-paced· Some vehicle repair work and travel required.#LI-BO1#LI-hybridWe are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
