- Develop and lead the sales strategies for acquiring new customers and driving the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) down.
- Provide coaching and direction to Provincial Field Leaders across the country to ensure high performance.
- Refine and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and CAC in opposite directions.
- Setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs for the team, and providing coaching/mentoring as required.
- Identifying and pursuing new locations and channels to support D2C growth
- Working closely with the Sales Enablement team to develop and execute training programs across all channels and teams.
- Optimally designing your org to support key KPIs of Growth, CAC Reduction and Contribution Margin
- 10+ years related experience in sales and channel growth experience
- 10+ years of P&L ownership
- 5+ years in a leadership role, preferable at an executive level in a sales operations capacity.
- Experience in Financial Services will be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in an agile, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to employ various communications methods to drive alignment, motivation and team effectiveness across a broad, varied and dispersed sales organization.
