• Just charging security/mortgages; Loan programming; preparing letters to go to solicitors to engage for new security
• Will the contractor have access to any customer data? YES!

• Take ownership of development, works well as a team as volumes are pooled and everybody works together to meet service level agreements.
• How will performance be measured: quality and productivity

• Good communication,
• Quick learner,
• Positive and strong teamwork abilities,
• Good understanding of word excel

• If previous bank experience it’s an asset
