- Building maintenance and repairs
- Completing small to large renovation projects and new builds
- Supervising subcontractorβs personnel on larger projects to ensure adherence to Brandtβs standards
- Ensuring all work complies with safety procedures and regulations
- Completing projects on schedule and within budget
- Collaborating with mechanical managers, project managers, and designers to address design, material supply, and coordination issues
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Willingness to travel for work, including overnight stays when necessary
- Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in commercial or industrial plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Passionate about construction and craftsmanship
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A proactive work ethics and attention to detail
