- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and Notice to Reader engagements for a variety of clients.
- Manage corporate and personal tax filings, providing expert guidance on tax planning and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
- Oversee client accounts, including monitoring transactions and balances to ensure financial health.
- Address audit findings, providing recommendations for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Lead audit engagements, coordinating with team members to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the growth and success of clients' businesses.
- Ensure all financial records are organized and up-to-date, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Provide innovative strategies to clients, helping them optimize their financial operations and achieve growth.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in accounting or public practice.
- Proficiency in handling audits, reviews, and Notice to Reader engagements.
- Solid experience with corporate and personal tax services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- A background in working with owner-managed businesses or small-sized accounting firms.
- Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions and strategic advice to clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
