Location: RemoteKey Responsibilities
Act as the functional lead for WFS implementation, configuration, and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Configure and maintain WFS modules to align with business needs.
Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops to capture business requirements and present functional solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, identify system improvements, and propose process optimizations.
Ensure proper documentation of functional designs, configurations, and test cases.
Support UAT, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project lifecycle.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of WFS solutions.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and key stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a WFS Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of Workforce Software systems.
Hands-on configuration expertise in WFS modules.
Strong understanding of WFS system functionality, workflows, and integration points.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to plan and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WFS implementations in large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance processes.
