We are collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, measurable impact, and long-term partnerships.About the RoleThe Portfolio Manager plays a central role in shaping and delivering Executive Education programs, from early client conversations through to program execution and evaluation. You will manage a portfolio of custom programs, working closely with faculty, clients, and internal teams to design learning experiences that meet real organizational needs. This is a hybrid role, mostly in-person, that blends relationship management, program design, and operational leadership. You will scope new opportunities, build program plans, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. You’ll also contribute to the growth of the portfolio, identifying new opportunities, improving processes, and helping expand long-term client partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with an inherent sense of urgency, and enjoys turning ideas into well-executed programs with measurable impact.You’re someone who can operate comfortably at both the strategic and operational level. You build strong relationships quickly, think in terms of outcomes, and take ownership from concept through delivery. You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of quality. You’re equally comfortable working with faculty, senior clients, and internal teams, and can translate between them. Experience in program design, consulting, or project-based environments is key. Curiosity, sound judgment, and a strong client-service mindset will set you apart.QualificationsMaster's degree in Education, Business, or a related field, and five years of related experience in areas such as project management, program or project development and management; experience in a consulting or project-based environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to manage complex programs, including planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple contributors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with empathy, integrity, and respect, contributing positively to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
