• Define and manage operational rhythms, including performance reviews and reporting cycles.
• Track KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure program success.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and trends.
• Communicate updates, escalations, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, leadership, and account teams.
• Manage incident reviews and incorporate learnings into playbooks.
• Ensure smooth coordination across regions and time zones.
• Support operational coverage and handle high-severity incidents when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective team collaboration.

• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Excel.
• Familiarity with Agile tools or tracking systems.
• Experience working in global or distributed team environments.
