- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a mid-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service focus
- Solid understanding of financial management and inventory control
- Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Smart Serve Certified (or willingness to obtain)
