Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleAre you a skilled commercial insurance professional with an Alberta insurance licence? We're seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join a dynamic and growing independent insurance brokerage that specializes in commercial insurance solutions for Alberta businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a passion for client service, and the ability to build relationships and grow commercial accounts across the province.This role can be performed remotely if you are based anywhere in Alberta, with the option to work from the Edmonton office as needed.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and referral partners across AlbertaIdentify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle for commercial insurance accountsPrepare and present tailored commercial insurance solutions to meet client needsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account transitions from sale to servicingStay up to date on commercial insurance markets, products, and appetites to strategically place businessWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:Active Alberta Insurance Licence (Level 1 or Level 2 - commercial lines)Proven success in commercial insurance sales or brokerage in AlbertaStrong understanding of commercial risks and appetite across insurance carriersExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsPreferred Attributes:Existing network of commercial contacts or referral sourcesSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable working independentlyExperience with CRM systems and insurance quoting tools * Power Broker experience perferredWhy This Opportunity?Join a well-established independent brokerage that provides personalized commercial insurance advice and access to a broad panel of insurers, helping Alberta businesses manage risk and protect what matters most.
