- Act as the lead Mechanical Engineer or Project Manager on complex projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead a project specific mechanical design team.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure all engineering work meets quality standards and codes, while ensuring client expectations are met.
- Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years experience in engineering consulting industry focus on the design of mechanical systems for buildings
- A valid PEO license.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience with leading mechanical design teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
