- Establish and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth within the B2B space.
- Develop and implement best practices for performance marketing including campaign planning, execution, optimization and measurement.
- Manage the working relationship with current agencies and help define the right path forward.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on performance marketing, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns, targeting and channel performance, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Own the planning, execution and analysis of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing and more.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot and in managing paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant digital advertising channels.
- Team player interested in learning and working closely with marketing teams in our markets, as well as cross-functionally with our growth teams, product team, research team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Data analysis, proficiency with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on B2B marketing and global campaign oversight.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive business results.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments within marketing (content, web, data, analytics)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Spanish, Portuguese, French, German speaking a plus
