- Serve as the technical expert for the service, providing guidance and support to the team on complex technical issues related to data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI), scripting languages (e.g. Python), Databases (e.g. Azure SQL), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure and Google Cloud) & SIEM (e.g. Splunk) systems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technical solutions to address complex CRMR challenges.
- Champion data governance best practices within the team, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and appropriate handling of sensitive information in alignment with Deloitte policies.
- Implement appropriate methodologies (e.g. waterfall / agile) and best practices to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of technical deliverables that align with stakeholder requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical reporting service (CSMA), instilling a culture of precision and quality to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports/data extracts to clients or stakeholders on the first attempt.
- Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs) for the reporting service, emphasizing first-time accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation for all reporting processes, procedures, and systems. This documentation should serve as a vital resource to enable consistent, error-free work and support the team in delivering accurate outputs from the outset.
- Drive ongoing enhancements to maximize efficiency, productivity, and the delivery of outputs. Proactively identify and implement tools and technologies that streamline operations, optimize performance, and minimize the potential for errors.
- Champion a data-driven approach to process improvement, leveraging metrics and feedback to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience within a software development
- Certifications in any of the following tools / technologies:
- Power BI
- Python
- Azure SQL
- Cloud platform administration (Azure)
- Splunk
- Datawarehouse / Datalake
- Informatica (ETL)
