In this role, you will ensure timely delivery and seamless coordination across all stages of product development.
With a strong secondary focus on Fit & Spec Development, you’ll contribute to maintaining and elevating the quality and standards of our clients products.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the organization and logistics of product samples from initial concept to final production
  • Obtain price quotations from factories and ensure competitive pricing
  • Maintain and update the company product chart to track all development stages
  • Manage production deadlines and ensure all deliverables are met
  • Coordinate directly with factories to monitor style development and resolve production challenges
  • Track proto specs, corrections, and samples to ensure accurate production
  • Develop and maintain tracking charts for proto and material development
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Fashion Production, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of garment and accessory production processes and timelines
  • Experience across all categories: knit, woven, and outerwear
  • Familiarity with active and branded fabrics
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and MS Office
  • Proven experience in overseas production management
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
