- Execute face-to-face sales calls to select Healthcare Professionals and encourage the prescribing of the Teva CNS portfolio of products for appropriate patients. Ideally the candidate would have solid previous experience working in the therapeutic fields relevant to multiple sclerosis and migraine. Experience with biosimilars is considered an asset.
- Meet all annual sales objectives for promotable Teva products.
- Establish positive and productive relationships among assigned therapeutic networks within territory.
- Develop, coordinate and implement a strategic business plan for key Healthcare providers, including key institutions, clinics and medical practices as noted above.
- Conduct activity in full adherence to the Teva compliance policy.
- Manage all sales-related administrative duties, including but not limited to, call plan development, routing, expense reporting, territory promotional budgets and resources (including the use of compliant Teva CRM).
- Represent Teva at conferences, meetings, and attend sales meetings as requested.
- Demonstrate comfort and success with remote/virtual selling, to complement 'face to face' selling (when required - minority of time).
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in science or related field.
- Complete fluency (written and spoken) with French and English.
- 3 + years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience selling to Specialists and General Practitioners (neurology/migraine space is preferred) - relative additional Central Nervous System experience an asset.
- Strong computer and software competency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Solid experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like SalesForce/Veeva to optimize territory management and performance.
- Accomplished proven track record with selling a biologic/complex molecule and navigating within both the public and private reimbursement landscape.
- Experience working with an elaborate Patient Support Program.
- Must be willing to drive extensively daily with frequent (up to 50%) overnight travel as required by business priorities and duties.
