Fluent French and English requiredAbout the CompanyWe’re partnering with a well-established company that sells facility and environmental services such as air duct cleaning, mold remediation, HVAC work, and maintenance solutions to manufacturers, food processors, and commercial facilities.With over 30 years of experience and a team of more than 70 employees, the company provides reliable services backed by strong operational support and long-term client relationships.The B2B sales team is expanding to support growth across multiple business sectors, including but not limited to manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, commercial properties, and specialized facilities.The OpportunityThis is a field-focused B2B sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing real solutions to business clients.You’ll work with decision-makers such as facility managers, plant managers, operations leaders, and property managers, selling services that support compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.If you’re motivated by independence, building your own network, and seeing the direct impact of your results, you’ll thrive in this environment.The ideal candidate is a hunter-style B2B salesperson who enjoys prospecting new accounts, managing long sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships.What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new B2B clients within a 2-hour radius of Gatineau–Ottawa
- Conduct site visits, cold outreach, and client presentations
- Sell a portfolio of industrial and facility services
- Build and manage long-term B2B client relationships
- Maintain pipeline activity using CRM tools (Pipedrive and ServiceMonster)
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations on growth strategy and targets
- Proven B2B outside sales experience (industrial, commercial, facility, or service-based)
- Existing industrial or commercial client network
