5+ years of related experience in a financial institution, with 3+ years of management experience. Recognized business training (e.g. University Business Degree/Diploma, CMA, CGA or other recognized accounting program) and/or ICB Management. Broad business knowledge and acumen with a confident, tactful and persuasive manner. Demonstrated senior level collaboration, negotiation, influencing and motivational skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients or senior management leaders in communications and presentations. Demonstrated ability to evaluate attractiveness of new business opportunities. Background expertise and a passion for serving the Agriculture sector.
