Location: Canada – Fully RemoteRole Summary:The Zoho Administrator will be responsible for centralized administration, access governance, and compliance readiness of the Zoho platform. The role focuses on role segregation, security controls, license management, and audit support, ensuring the Zoho environment adheres to SOX and internal compliance requirements. The administrator will act as a control owner and provide ongoing administrative support to internal users.Top 3 Required Skills:

- Own end-to-end Zoho administration, including user provisioning, role assignment, and permission management across Zoho applications
- Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties in line with compliance standards
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes with appropriate access controls and documentation
- Monitor and maintain license allocation, utilization, and optimization
- Configure and enforce security policies, including IP restrictions, login controls, and access monitoring
- Support SOX and audit compliance by maintaining access logs, user change records, and control evidence
- Perform periodic access reviews and recertification activities as required by audit and governance teams
- Provide administrative support for internal users related to access, roles, and configuration changes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure audit-ready documentation and process adherence
- Support knowledge transfer and continuity through documentation and collaboration with extended teams
- Around 7–8 years of hands-on experience on Zoho platforms including Zoho Administrator with enterprise-scale user management
- Proven experience in access management, role configuration, and security governance
- Exposure to audit-driven or compliance-controlled environments (SOX preferred)
- Good understanding of internal controls, access reviews, and compliance documentation
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of platform governance responsibilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience supporting global users and multi-region teams
- Familiarity with enterprise audit processes and evidence management
- Zoho certifications (desirable)
