The main responsibility is to streamline operations and enhance customer service.Responsibilities:- Process invoices, customer requests and payments.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently.
- Generate and issue monthly property bills.
- Monitor daily invoices, ensure that they are being sent properly.
- Follow up on overdue or missed payments.
- Resolve discrepancies on monthly rent based on occupancy records.
- General communications to the team.
- Prepare reports.Ideal candidate:- Able to go onsite in North York.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
