Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking a Senior CRM - Software Developer with deep expertise across Salesforce CRM, Vlocity, application development, healthcare systems, security/privacy compliance, and Agile delivery. The consultant will support software development initiatives, integration work, data migration, and operational support across enterprise healthcare systems.ScopeEnsure AODA and Ontario Design System (ODS) standards are metDesign, build, and maintain system models, program code, and technical specificationsDevelop web applications compatible with modern browsers, platforms, and mobile devicesConduct research and evaluate options for technical design decisions.Assignment DeliverablesSystem design documents, technical specifications, and program codeCRM/Vlocity components (DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, etc.)Integration workflows between Salesforce and internal systemsTest cases, unit test results, UAT support materials, and deployment readiness documentation.Expertise RequiredMust Have:10+ years' experience in solutions development, including secure and compliant application designHealthcare-sector background with 5+ years working on EMR, HIS, LTC, or OHRS-aligned systemsStrong hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Vlocity (FlexCards, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices)Experience integrating Salesforce with internal applicationsExperience with data migration, report/dashboard creation, and source-control tools (GitLab)Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environmentsComfortable working in Agile delivery (epics, stories, story points, etc.)Nice to Have:Familiarity with healthcare-specific compliance and reporting standardsExperience preparing training materials and supporting large-scale system rolloutsSecurity ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
