  • Shift Schedule: Sunday-Monday: 0800-2000-0800 (Continental Rotation) (2 weeks days/2 weeks nights)

Responsibilities for Surveillance Security Guard
  • Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
  • Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
  • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
  • Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
  • Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
  • Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Qualifications for Surveillance Security Guard
  • Be Authorized to work in Canada
  • Must have valid Ontario Security Guard License
Must have Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification(WSIB Approved)Must have experience working with Vulnerable population * Must be able to commute to Downtown Toronto with no onsite parkingWorking Knowledge of Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act enforcementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalismStrong documentation and report-writing abilitiesComputer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite)This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.This could be more than a job!
