- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with gaming providers and affiliates to expand our portfolio and reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming providers, affiliates, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize outcomes.
- Stay updated on iGaming industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events (6-8 trips per year).
- Support the Chief Commercial Officer in developing and executing the overall commercial strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close partnership deals.
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry, including gaming providers, affiliates, and market dynamics (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
- Willingness to travel 6-8 times per year for industry events and partner meetings.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience working with affiliate marketing programs or gaming provider integrations.
- Familiarity with North American iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
