- Seek approvals for billing (full process);
- Prepare and proceed with the "Info Transaction" (Wash Out) and billings for sales and rentals;
- Maintain various files and databases;
- Apply for credit from manufacturers;
- Follow up on transaction attachments taking into account the age of our inventories;
- Verification of estimates of work orders versus estimates;
- Equipment orders from suppliers;
- Receipt of purchase orders for units;
- Management of monthly billing;
- See to enforce the procedures;
- Any other related tasks related to eXtend and J-Sox;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- DEC. in administration and / or equivalent experience deemed relevant.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position in the field of heavy equipment or related equipment.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Adobe, PDF.
- At ease working on various databases.
- Analytical skills, excellent customer service skills.
- Focused on teamwork, ability to set priorities
