You’ll play a key role in driving district sales and marketing strategies, strengthening credit quality, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Working with the district leadership team, you’ll help shape strategy, optimize workflow, and support the district business plan to achieve organizational goals.If you have a passion for the agriculture industry, love supporting others, and enjoy leading teams through change and growth, this could be a role for you.What you’ll doLead, coach and develop a team of Relationship Managers, fostering strong performance, engagement and career growthChampion and execute the Relationship Management Process (RMP), supporting consistent, high-quality customer interactionsWork with district leadership team to develop and execute business plan and marketing strategies between business unitsSupport and champion customer experience standards, contributing to improved customer outcomes and resultsProvide strategic input and leadership on district initiatives, change management and continuous improvementCollaborate with corporate partners to promote and integrate FCC products and business linesSupport workforce planning and talent development to ensure the district is well positioned to meet business objectivesWhat you’ll bring to the teamRequired qualificationsA bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or financeA minimum of six to eight years of related experience in financial services or agriculture, sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing team members to improve performance or achieve measurable resultsDemonstrated experience delivering agricultural or commercial financial services, including relationship building, assessing clients’ needs, supporting lending or credit processes, or managing a portfolio of business or farm clientsProven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategiesExperience leading or supporting change initiatives, driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable impact in processes, teams or projectsValid driver’s license and ability to travel within the provincePreferred qualificationsBilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong assetNot sure you meet every requirement?
