
Compensation Specialist - Contract

- Analyze and Optimize Compensation: Evaluate existing compensation plans, including hourly and salary structures, to ensure they are market-competitive and align with company goals.
- Develop Bonus Plans: Help design and implement effective bonus and retention bonus programs to motivate and reward employees.
- Conduct Market Research: Research industry compensation trends and benchmark pay against competitors to attract and retain top talent.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed compensation analysis and reports to senior management.
- Support HR and Leadership: Provide recommendations and insights to support compensation-related decisions and help build a strong, data-driven compensation philosophy.
- You have a proven track record as a Compensation Specialist, preferably in a tech or sales environment.
- You are a data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- You have experience with various compensation models, including hourly, salary, equity/share and performance-based bonuses.
- You are a clear and concise communicator, able to present complex data in an easy-to-understand way.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
