- Provide on-site leadership and supervision, ensuring high-rise construction projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and design intent
- Collaborate closely with in house project managers, architects, engineers, and onsite subcontractors to ensure seamless project coordination and execution
- Oversee the daily activities of construction crews, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, proactively identify and address potential delays or conflicts, and implement corrective measures as necessary
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports to the project management team.
- Expertise in high-rise construction; more specifically in a sub trade
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivelent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, with expertise in high-rise construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations, with a focus on sustainable building practices
- Familiarity with Building envelope systems and their integration into high-rise structures and ICI construction is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
