- Develop and implement strategies, programs, and tools for talent acquisition (sourcing, job postings, career fairs, social media, networking, etc.) aligned with organizational goals to attract top candidates.
- Manage the full talent acquisition cycle and participate in onboarding activities for new employees.
- Advise managers on best practices for candidate selection and evaluation.
- Identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines to address labor shortages.
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of talent acquisition activities using KPIs and make recommendations as needed.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand through various strategies, including social media.
- Represent the company at career fairs and job expos.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions.
- Act as a consultant to internal clients on matters or projects related to your area of expertise.
- Bring ideas and contribute to problem-solving through analysis and deep knowledge of your field.
- Stay up to date with best practices in your area of expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent diploma
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor
- Experience in the Information Technology industry
- Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment platforms (Workday knowledge is a strong asset)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Experience in international contexts (asset)
- Member of the CRHA order (asset)
- Mastery of the full recruitment cycle (posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer)
- Results-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
