Reporting to the Commercial Improvement Manager, the Commercial Product Specialist plays a key role in executing and sustaining Graham's Commercial business plan.Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to SiteCoordinate and execute commercial improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business prioritiesLead sustainment activities by maintaining tools, standards, documentation, and performance metrics within the Graham Management System (GMS)Manage stakeholder feedback, prioritize enhancements, and facilitate transparent feedback loops across teamsDevelop and implement change management, communication, and training plans to support adoption of new processes and toolsAnalyze data and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor initiative outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actionsThe Right Tools for the JobEducation: Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience: 3 -7 years of relevant experience in initiative management, strategy, transformation, product management, or process improvement.Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
