- Lead project controls initiatives by identifying process and system improvement opportunities and executing assigned tasks
- Provide expert support as the first level of escalation for Project Controls tools, service desk tickets, and software-related issues
- Advise, train, and mentor project teams and Project Controls Coordinators on standards, tools, and best practices
- Support accurate project execution through guidance on budgeting, cost control, scheduling, work planning, progress measurement, and document management
- Coordinate and support system updates including testing, integrations, documentation, and rollout of new software or enhancements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in construction. Experience across multiple project controls functions (cost, schedule, planning, document management), with a strong understanding of project lifecycles and construction workflows. Software implementation or system testing experience considered an asset.
- Software: Proficiency with MS Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required. Experience with Project Controls software and Primavera P6, InEight Project Suite modules.
