- Coordinate installation schedules across multiple active projects
- Support the planning and execution of on-site industrial installations
- Arrange logistics for equipment, materials, and site deliveries
- Coordinate internal installation crews and external contractors
- Organize travel for installation teams (flights, hotels, etc.)
- Ensure all required Health & Safety documentation is complete prior to site work
- Assist with site readiness and installation planning
- Track project timelines and flag scheduling risks or conflicts
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Act as a coordination point between engineering, field teams, suppliers, and customers
- Occasionally visit local job sites to support installations and gain project insight
- 4-5 years of experience in project coordination or project support
- Experience supporting industrial equipment installation, mechanical systems, or field-based projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, logistics-heavy environment
- Experience coordinating contractors, schedules, and equipment deliveries
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or site plans (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar
- Background in industrial services, equipment installation, or manufacturing environments
- Technical diploma or related education
- Approximately 25% travel across Canada and the U.S.
- Valid passport required
- $70,000 - $80,000 salary
