What you will do
- Collaborate with senior team members to support project management for M&A transactions
- Assist in tax-related analysis and documentation
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Conduct tax due diligence procedures by analyzing data, identifying risks and assisting with tax due diligence process
- Contribute to the development of tax strategies by assisting with preparation of structuring documents and related analysis
- Participate in client meetings and support decision-making processes
- CPA designation or actively pursuing a CPA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time-management and self-motivation
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Interest in developing and implementing M&A tax strategies
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
