- Define and execute the CRM & Marketing technology strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
- Champion innovation through AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and customer engagement.
- Lead the roadmap for CRM capabilities and implement solution delivery automation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and product teams.
- Collaborate with external partners and act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical direction for CRM & Marketing instances and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and lead system audits and upgrades.
- Manage delivery teams and partners, oversee sprint planning and execution.
- Guide architectural decisions and solution demonstrations.
- Build and lead a Center of Excellence to drive standardization and innovation.
- Implement automation practices to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Navigate complex enterprise environments and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven success in leading CRM strategy, architecture, and delivery.
- Deep expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
