Join us as a SITE SUPERVISOR - DEMOLITION AND ABATEMENT and play a pivotal role in our dynamic world of heavy civil construction!We are currently accepting applications to support multiple projects with our clients across Canada.Rotation: Project dependent, most commonly 14/7 or 21/7Shift: up to 12 Hours (Days and Nights)Travel: Company provided vehicleLodging: Accommodations providedPre-Employment Requirements:

Successful completion of Alcohol, Drug and Fit to Work Screening
Worker to provide:

Valid Safety Training tickets

Asbestos Certificate
Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED
Valid Driver’s License & 3 year abstract with 3 or less infractions
CSA Approved safety boots - minimum 6" high & fully laceable.

All Morgan Field Based Workers and Supervisors must:

Be physically conditioned to repetitively and safely lift up to 50lbs.

Work a rotational schedule, 12 hours a day, for both day or night shifts as required.
Expect to handle noise and vibrations on the job.
Be prepared for and willing to perform additional labour duties as / when required.
Embrace the elements by working outdoors in all weather conditions. Whether it's rain, shine, or snow, you'll need to thrive in diverse weather environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Site Supervision
Perform Site Walkthroughs
Champion our safety culture and Morgan’s leading value by operating in a safe manner and leading by example in all areas of safety.
Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with clients. Respond to inquiries promptly and carry out work as required to satisfy client requests and project quality standards
Motivate, inspire, observe, and delegate tasks to crew.
Inspire productivity, promote training and cross training, and create a positive team culture.
Build a level of knowledge and understanding of safety practices, scheduling techniques, trade knowledge and employee engagement.
Other duties as / when assigned

Experience / Qualification Requirements:

Abatement Project experience
3-5 Years Supervisory experience
Strong Computer Skills
Clean Drivers Abstract
