- Write, edit, and publish clear, engaging content for internal channels, including the Aviso intranet, Viva Engage posts and announcements, newsletters, and employee spotlights
- Support internal communications plans by contributing to message development, preparing content, coordinating timelines, and ensuring alignment with program goals
- Coordinate translation of content as required
- Maintain and update the Internal Communications editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of planned communications and initiatives
- Upload content, edit pages, and coordinate updates for the intranet and Managers' Centre
- Monitor engagement metrics and share insights to help refine content and improve employee experience
- Support the planning and delivery of enterprise-wide events such as Town Halls, webinars, and employee forums - including content development, logistics coordination, and pre- and post-event communications
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather information, clarify key points, and translate complex topics into concise, employee-friendly content
- Support ongoing internal communications initiatives and projects as required
- Post-secondary education in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format
- A collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, for different internal audiences and channels
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute communication activities from concept to completion
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Experience with web publishing tools (WordPress or other content management systems are an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint)
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
- Familiarity with or interest in the financial services industry is an asset
