- Develop solutions to interact with databases and REST services.
- Integrate contact center solutions or in-house applications.
- Acquire knowledge of contact center solution features through training and support programs.
- Participate in functional analysis to define business requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver complex contact center solutions.
- Participate, primarily in an Agile mode, in the development and/or integration of contact center solutions.
- Knowledge of contact center solutions or product suites from one or more of the following vendors: Genesys, NICE, Google, and/or AWS, as well as CRM.
- Ability to develop applications or interfaces for technological solutions.
- Ability to integrate applications into technological systems or solutions.
- Capability to work as a team and interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire project delivery cycle.
- Client-oriented, with experience demonstrating an ability to deliver solutions according to customer expectations.
- Strong experience with a combination of the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java or C#, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. (DevOps, Python, C++, SQL, Go, VXML, and Vue.js are assets).
- Good ability to diagnose application problems and related network issues.
- Education in Computer Science or a related field.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to obtain Federal Government security clearance.
