With a strong local presence and top-tier talent, we deliver high-quality services as we help our customers bring their resources to our world.Job DescriptionFLINT is seeking a Dredge Operator with a minimum of 2000 hours on electric and diesel dredges for a permanent position in Fort McMurray, AB starting ASAP. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.Qualifications
  • Minimum 2000+ hours on electric or diesel dredges.
  • Tailings dredge experience
  • Marine Emergency Duties License (MED A1 or A3) & Pleasure Craft Boat License.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Any equipment experience.
  • Able to provide a clean 5-year drivers abstract with no more than 9 demerits.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
