- Manage incoming customer calls and service inbox, triaging and responding to inquiries
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, updates, and issue resolution
- Schedule, prioritize, and dispatch service technicians to commercial job sites
- Adjust schedules to accommodate urgent or emergency service needs
- Confirm appointments, follow up on open work orders, and provide status updates
- Support permit applications and other operational requirements
- Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, reporting, and service tracking
- Contribute to process improvements and development of standard operating procedures
- Experience in over-the-phone customer service, dispatching, or service coordination
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally
- Experience in skilled trades or mechanical service environments is an asset (not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or service management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling customer concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
- Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, or willingness to learn
- Hours: Monday to Friday, regular business hours
- Location: Richmond, BC (full-time, on-site)
