- Help build and scale Canada Life's wealth business within a strategic partnership
- Drive sales growth and achieve or exceed regional sales targets
- Build relationships with advisors and field leaders through in-person, virtual, and phone-based engagement
- Support advisor activation and business development across a large advisor base
- Deliver simple, practical presentations and training on wealth and segregated fund solutions
- Conduct meetings, events, and business-building activities on a regular evening and weekend basis
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to advisor questions, opportunities, and business needs
- Identify, cultivate, and convert sales opportunities through disciplined territory management and follow-up
- Use Salesforce and other tools to manage activity, pipeline, and progress against business goals
- Represent Canada Life as a trusted partner and product expert within the channel
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale support through case consultation, sales ideas, training, and follow-up
- Contribute field insight to help improve advisor experience, sales effectiveness, and business growth
- Regular travel within the assigned region + regular evening and weekend work is required
- Availability outside traditional business hours is a core requirement of the role
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, investments, wealth sales, or wholesaling
- Experience with mutual funds and/or segregated funds in a wholesaling or advisor-facing role
- Strong ability to explain wealth concepts in clear, simple, practical language
- Proven relationship-building and business development skills
- Strong presentation, training, and communication skills
- Comfort working in a role where evening and weekend activity is a regular part of the job
- Strong telephone, virtual, and in-person sales skills
- Ability to manage a territory and maintain disciplined follow-up
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth concepts, and the advisor marketplace
- Industry designations such as CSC, IFIC, CFP, or CIM are considered assets
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
