- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules;
- Provide support in planning, scheduling, executing and reviewing project activities as it relates to Building Envelope and Roofing Projects;
- Assist Project Managers and technical staff with day-to-day project coordination tasks;
- Coordinate and undertake project documentation, including reports, proposals, cost estimates, correspondence, meeting minutes and other deliverables;
- Respond to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from clients, stakeholders and business partners;
- Perform general administrative and record keeping functions, including the review, distribution and tracking of project documentation;
- Support the preparation of project-related documentation, schedules, budgets and internal tracking tools;
- Support the preparation and compilation of proposals, reports, letters, studies, addenda and memorandums;
- Stay engaged within the project scope to help communicate project status and key updates to internal and external stakeholders;
- Assist with coordinating and undertaking site visits, field reviews and project logistics as required;
- Collect and provide proper site measurements and information, as required;
- Review and organize project files to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal procedures.
- Post-secondary education in engineering, architecture, construction, building technology, project coordination, or a related field;
- 1-3 years of previous experience in an engineering, consulting, construction or related environment (asset);
- Experience supporting projects related to buildings, restoration, rehabilitation, building science, or building condition assessments (asset);
- Familiar with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and/or National Building Code (NBC);
- Strong organization, time management, scheduling and prioritization skills;
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Superior document management and administrative coordination skills;
- Excellent English language skills, oral and written, Bilingual (asset);
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment;
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage several projects and initiatives simultaneously;
- Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout Ontario (incl. remote areas);
- Possession of or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance.
