Prepare monthly financial statements and perform variance analyses.
Oversee month-end reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage monthly tax filings for North American operations and prepare weekly financial reports for external stakeholders.
Identify financial trends and provide critical insights to inform strategic decisions.
Contribute to ad hoc projects that help drive the business forward.

Requirements:What You Bring:

5+ years of accounting experience, with excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
CPA designation (completed or in progress), or relevant post-secondary education in business, commerce, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Microsoft Business Dynamics and US tax filing experience are assets.
