- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records across multiple departments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development, monitoring, and analysis of budgets and forecasts
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank, investment, and inter‑fund accounts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant non‑profit accounting standards
- Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors during annual reviews
- Administer and report on designated funds such as grants, endowments, and restricted accounts
- Assist with financial reporting for affiliated entities and provide guidance or training as required
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to regulatory and oversight bodies
- Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Participate in special financial projects with senior leadership as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a non‑profit or multi‑fund environment
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting and financial reporting principles
- Experience working with accounting systems and financial software
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- High ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Comfort supporting multiple entities or departments within a centralized finance function
