Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our client.Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $22 per hour
Location: Waterloo, ON / Montréal, QC
Location Type: Hybrid; onsite 3 days/week on-site -Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Flex options: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMJob Responsibilities:
  • Identify impacts to our clients
  • Accountable for end-to-end management of pre and post enrolment reporting analysis and updates
  • Engage and collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve client issues
  • Create the necessary handover documentation and transition the changes to the Service Owner for sign-off
  • Contribute to enrolment project level deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with the AdminAdvantage RBA and Service Owner teams to pro-actively share information and foster continued learning and development
  • Look for ways to improve/ streamline the way we work and how we service our customers and stakeholders
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • 2-4 years Data Analysis Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Proven experience with MS Office suite of software
  • Infectiously positive personality with a drive to succeed and a dedication to quality service
  • Stellar customer service and skills that demonstrate integrity
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong data analysis, decision-making ability with a real passion for solving problems
